A very traditional apéritif based on Burgundy white grape juice, that is blend with grape spirit (the Marc de Bourgogne). 2/3 of juice and 1/3 of spirit, create this floral and pleasant drink, with vanilla and caramel flavours. Drink it chilled on his own or mix with soda water for a lighter drink in the afternoon.
