Alsace AOC, Pinot Gris, Domaine Albert Boxler, 2020

World famous domain from Alsace, often served in Michelin-starred restaurants, Albert Boxler Pinot Gris has golden hue dress that opens on a fresh nose of apricot, lemon and marzipan. Apricot and honey tones for a lingering lemony finish with a fresh and dry sweetness. A fine wine calling for seafood, fish and that befriends spicy dishes really well.

Pinot Grigio & Pinot Gris are two names for the same grape, though the Alsace one is unique for its light sweetness, complexity, and incredible length on the palate.
