Alsace AOC Pinot Noir Harmonie is produced by Charles Frey in the Alsace region in France. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected and grown in the region’s unique climate, this red wine reflects the time-honored winemaking expertise, capturing the essence of its cultural heritage.
It has a vibrant ruby colour with a complex aroma including notes of red fruits, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth with a velvety texture. The finish is long and satisfying, with a pleasant acidity balancing the wine’s fruitiness.
Pinot Noir d’Alsace is a delightful wine with a light body that is a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes: it pairs beautifully with Maroilles cheese, which we have chosen as our cheese of the month, creating an harmonious and satisfying taste experience.
It is also an excellent choice for cooked recipes, especially those featuring roasted poultry and grilled meats.
