A supple and very drinkable Pinot Noir from Alsace, that expresses fruity notes of cherries. Ideal slightly chilled to start a meal, for an elegant and refined ruby red wine, it’s a great pairing for your cold cuts and roasted meats as well as tomato-based dishes.
