On the palate, Hubert de Boüard Cabernet Sauvignon is fruity, well balanced with a mineral frame. The aromas that we find are those of juicy blackcurrant, fleshy strawberry, light notes of raspberry and a sweet spiciness. Nicely structured tannins. Refined and persistent aftertaste.
