Sassy tells a tale of two childhood friends who share a deep passion for cider and calvados. It’s also a story of their shared desire to rejuvenate those classic beverages. Armed with their personal experiences, these two friends embarked on their project.
A superb choice for enthusiasts of spirits and digestifs, this Calvados XO has been aged and refined in various casks throughout its maturation process. It has spent a minimum of 6 years in oak barrels, resulting in a rich mahogany hue. The captivating aroma offers notes of caramel, vanilla, and cooked apples, followed by underlying apple undertones.
Pairs brilliantly with smoky items, as well as dark chocolate and obviously, cigars.

Well the first bottle of this went down very nicely indeed – good rich flavours; an excellent digestif. I shall be getting another bottle for the Xmas season.
