A fresh French premium Turkey (3kg) to roast at home coming with two sides: a Roasted Pumpkin Gratin (1.1kg) and French beans, Porcini Mushrooms and baby potatoes sauté with duck grease (1kg)

INGREDIENTS
Stuffed Turkey: Turkey, Black truffle, foie gras, onions, garlic, egg, bread, pork, cognac, olive oil, rosemary, thyme
Sauce: fresh cream, wild mushroom, garlic, onion, white wine, thyme, parsley
Roasted Pumpkin Gratin: Fresh cream, garlic, pumpkin, rosemary, thyme, 18 months comté, cheddar
French beans, Porcini and baby potatoes sauté: Green beans, garlic, butter, parsley, chestnut, baby potatoes, onions, wild mushroom, duck grease

COOKING INSTRUCTION:
Stuffed Turkey:
1/ If you want you can add a bit of butter or olive on the Turkey’ skin before to cook it
2/ Cook it for 120 minutes at 160 Celsius Degrees
3/ At half of the cooking, turn the turkey
4/ Pour every 20min a bit of the grease from the turkey on top of it
5/ When the cooking is finish cover with aluminium and let it rest for 20min outside the oven before to cut it

Sauce:
Warm the sauce in a pan for 15min or 2min in microwave
