Black grapes have been grown in Europe and Asia for over 6,000 years. Produced for the first time in Italy in 1958, the Michele Palieri grape takes its name from its own inventor who crossed the varieties Alphonse Lavallée and Red Málaga.
The colour of the skin of the Michele Palieri grape is black-violet. The flesh firm, crisp and juicy. The taste of this grape is very sweet.
These grapes are ideal for desserts. You can also enjoy them as a snack.
Place in a refrigerator at between 0 and 10 °C. Sublima grapes can be kept for 10 to 15 days.
