Guillaume, Richard, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, local residents with deep roots in champagne-making, split their time between Paris and Champagne. They come from a lineage of cannon manufacturers who supplied the French army during the Napoleonic wars. Starting in 2005, they began producing champagne, focusing on a blend of tradition and innovation. Today, their champagne is available worldwide, but they maintain a small-scale approach.
A 1er Cru Rosé Champagne, adorned in a salmon-coloured robe, displays a silky and expertly balanced character. It offers delightful hints of ripe red fruits, freshly baked brioche, and mirabelle plum.
