The Clafoutis, sometimes spelled clafouti in Anglophone countries, is a baked French dessert of black cherries, arranged in a buttered dish and covered with a thick flan-like batter. The Clafoutis by Le Dessert is made in a cute reusable metallic tin and topped with yogurt cream and lime zest.
