Porchetta is a typical recipe from Italy and the French region of Nice. It is a slowly cooked pork belly stuffed with a Mushroom Duxelles and Black Summer Truffle carpaccio. Plantin slide truffle can and truffle sauce are on side.
INGREDIENTS
Porchetta (2kg): Pork belly, cream cheese, fresh cream, mushroom, thyme, garlic, onion, salt and black pepper.
Black Summer Truffle Carpaccio (100gr): aromatized black summer carpaccio from Plantin.

Bain Marie offers savoury and balanced dishes as if they have been cooked at home, with fresh and top quality products, and a minimum impact on the environment. To enjoy this delicious meal, you will have to roast it at 160 degrees for 30 minutes until you have a crispy, golden crust. Bon appétit!
