Beluga lentils are a type of small, black lentil, which get their name from their resemblance to Beluga caviar.Unlike red and yellow lentils, Black Beluga lentils retain their shape and al dente texture when cooked. They have a delicate taste and are fantastic at absorbing other flavours.
Lentils are amazing to add to salads or as a side with meat. But the best way to enjoy lentils is to boil them in water or a broth of your choice and add your own blend of spices and herbs!
