These cooked and peeled chestnuts are ideal for traditional and generous cooking. They go perfectly with turkey but also with veal, pork, game meat or even mushrooms or apples. Also a very good snack for young and old!

All you have to do is reheat these chestnuts, tender and rich in taste, to enhance all their flavors:

In the pan: add the chestnuts and a knob of butter and brown for 5 mi nutes over low heat.
In a bain-marie: place the bag for 5 minutes in a pan of simmering water.
In the microwave: pierce the bag and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave at medium power.
