Rosabelle potato is a variety with red skin that often has a pink blush to it while its flesh is pale yellow. This large oval shape potato originates from France.
As a first early salad variety, it is perfect eaten in fresh preparations, but it is also delicious baked, mashed, grilled or roasted.
