Native to the Middle-East where it was first discovered wild, the radish entered Europe through the Mediterranean countries. The Rose Radish was already farmed in the 18th Century in Paris – France and soon became popular in all the country. Rose Radish belongs to the early spring radishes family. Small in size (1-2 cm), it is commonly named “small pink radish”. Bicolor white and pink, this hearly harvested variety is known for being crunchy, juicy and slightly spicy.
