Evolved prior to the 1960s, Languedoc shifted from livestock to vineyards due to its favorable climate. Here, Hans Walraven, a Dutch wine importer, settled, pursuing his Cabernet Sauvignon dream. In 2008, he retired, passing on the legacy to Bruno Le Breton. Together, they founded La Jasse wines, dedicated to crafting an annual ‘daily Grand Cru’ experience.
Adorned in a deep purple robe, this wine exudes elegance. The nose reveals a complex and concentrated symphony of ripe fruits, accompanied by enticing aromas of roast and delicate truffles. On the palate, a charming and endless journey unfolds. The tannins, both elegant and firm, are complemented by the sublime essence of black fruits, elevating this wine to a truly exceptional level.
Ideal for pairing with dried fruits and lamb.
