They are okay, crisp and with no real taste to interfere with the cheese

If what you’re looking for is a very neutral, crisp, long, thin flatbread then I guess these are fine. But for me they are a little bland. Personally I prefer the Toasts from The Fine Cheese Co or Miller’s which pair well with my cheeses for only a few dollars more.
