From Cavalier Umberto Boschi, an Italian family company founded in 1922, Strolghino is often referred as the ‘trendiest’ Parma salami.
Strolghino comes from “Strolga”, a term of the Emilian dialect meaning “Storyteller”. It took its origin from the fact that it was used to predict the aging of larger salamis.

This small salami is made with lean trimmings of Culatello di Zibello, then wrapped in straw paper during its maturation process to preserve its soft texture.

Perfect to go with a glass of red wine.
