INGREDIENTS
Beef Tenderloin (1.6kg): Beef tenderloin cooked under vacuum, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, rosemary and thyme.
Sauce: fresh cream, wild mushroom, garlic, onion, white wine and chicken broth.

Bain Marie offers savoury and balanced dishes as if they have been cooked at home, with fresh and top quality products, and a minimum impact on the environment. To enjoy this delicious meal, prepare hot water in a container and soak the tenderloin beef for 15 minutes. Let the steak warm up without cooking it as it is already cooked. Then, roast each side of the beef in a pan for 3-4 minutes to have a nice colour. Bon appétit!
