Chilled as an apéritif or along with your favorite cheeses, a very easy drinking forgotten grape to re-discover!
A dry white wine with a bright, pale yellow color, it is one of the oldest grape varieties in the Languedoc. The nose is expressive with notes of citrus and verbena. The mouth is fresh and round, the citrus notes are confirmed in the mouth, accompanied by eucalyptus. The finish is pleasant.

1 review for Terret Bourret IGP, Vieilles Vignes, Domaine La Font des Ormes, 2019
Paul C –
As I said on my CellarTracker tasting Note:
“My first Terret Bourret, at least as the identified variety, and this is a very nice crisp wine.
The nose is intriguing – saline and slightly smoky minerality with an unripe white fruit note. Complexity also on the palate, which has a rather drying edge to it but only quite light acidity. Again minerality, smokiness and a fruit note which I’m really struggling to name. The finish is clean and crisp and more-ish.
This works as an aperitif, but also with light food (currently with guacamole and corn chips). Not the cheapest at ~US$23, but OK QPR.”
