The platter offers good value for trying 4 different cheese. I love Gorgonzola the most. Chaource is very interesting, smooth goat milk cheese wrapped around by smooth cow milk goegy cheese. Mothais-sur-feuille is very smooth but unfortunately I don’t like goat milk cheese. Tomme is just too salty for my taste.
