ORIGINS, QUALITY & CERTIFICATIONS
Our cheeses, cold cuts and other products are directly sourced in their country of origin in France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain or Greece. Visit our suppliers page to learn more.
L’ Appellation d’Origine Protégée (PDO) stands for a product for which the principal steps for production are done following a well-established technique within the same geographical area, which gives the product its characteristics.
The Protected Geographical Indications (PGI) identify an agricultural product, raw or processed, which quality, reputation or other characteristics are linked to its geographical origin.
The Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) refers to products meeting the criteria of the PDO and protects the denomination on the French territory. It constitutes a step towards the PDO, now Europe-wide sign. It can also relate to products not covered by European regulations (e.g. forest products case).
The Denominazione d’Origine Protetta (DOP) refers to products meeting the criteria of the PDO and protects the denomination on the Italian territory. It constitutes a step towards the PDO, now Europe-wide sign. It can also relate to products not covered by European regulations (e.g. forest products case).

You can specify a delivery time, but it will be at your own cost via Gogovan or Lalamove (less 60HKD if order above 600HKD).

For delivery on Sunday and Monday, place your order before 4pm on Friday.
Your delivery will be left in your nominated safe place (e.g. front of your door, management…) and wait for your return. Each parcel contains ice packs to keep your cheese chilled. Otherwise, your box will be returned to warehouse for re-delivery tomorrow. Please be noted that all boxes are kept in a cold room and transported in a chilled truck.
We insulate our boxes and use chilling packs to keep your order (cheese, yogurt…) fresh and in perfect condition until your order arrived at your doorstep. The cold chain is respected all along the way. Chilled truck from producer to airport, chilled container in the plane, chilled truck from airport to our cold-rooms and then chilled truck again to deliver to your home. Delivery is free for all purchases above 700HKD. If your order is below 700HKD, a separate invoice of 70HKD will be sent to you. This also depends on your delivery location and there might be a different delivery cost based on the location, so be sure to check our Delivery guide.
We do not recommend changing the details on your delivery to avoid further delay. If you wish to proceed with the changes, please be noted that there will be 1-2 days possible delay on your shipment.

There is different way depending on which offer you will choose. Our monthly offer runs once a week every month and will allow you to benefit from our monthly cheese selection at an attractive price. If you do not want to wait, you can buy our cheeses, cold cuts and other products anytime from “The Shop”.

We pride ourselves in providing products of high quality to our customers. However, should you find any defect in any product from your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Whatsapp / Telephone number +852 6576 4221, and attach photos of the defected product(s). Our customer service representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible to look into it.
Should you want to cancel your order for any reason, please inform us before 4PM the day before your delivery. Later cancellations will not be refunded. Look at the ‘’USE BY DATE’’ written on your products. The ‘’BEST BEFORE DATE’’ will vary depending on the type of cheese. Soft cheeses tend to have a shorter shelf life, whereas hard cheeses could be kept up to 2 months. Some of our cheeses are cut by hand and the weight of each piece can vary. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the exact weight and that there might be a +/- 15% difference in weight.
This is not official advice, and we recommend referring to your doctor to make sure you are comfortable with what you are eating during your pregnancy. As a rule, you can eat any cooked cheese. There is also evidence suggesting that hard, matured cheeses are also safe, even if they are unpasteurised. You should avoid all soft cheeses unless it is cooked.
Yes, we do vegetarian. Make sure to look at our specifications while shopping. Vegetarian cheeses are made using plant-based rennet or enzymes from fungi or bacteria instead of the traditional rennet – made from animals.
