Welcome to the Cheese Club monthly form. Access to use of Cheese Club website and associated services are available to you according to the following Terms & Conditions and any other rules that may be posted on the website.

Cheese Club reserves the right to make changes to the Site related policies and agreements, the Privacy Statement and the present Terms & Conditions at any time. You are invited to check the site occasionally for changes or updates made on the present policies and agreements, the Privacy Statement and the Terms & Conditions.

By using Cheese Club services, such as placing orders on the present Site, you are agreeing to all the following Terms & Conditions.


Cheese Club should not be considered responsible for any delay in the delivery of customers orders, should this delay be caused by an event out of its control: War, Flight incident, COVID infection, Lockdown, etc.

In case of such delay, Cheese Club will do its best to inform its customers and deliver the products as close as possible to the original delivery date.

The triggering event being out of Cheese Club’s control, no compensation will be given to the customers.


In order to place orders with Cheese Club, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

  1. To provide personal and payment details (as indicated on the Site) that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate;
  2. To be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Cheese Club for payment, or be in possession of a valid PayPal account.

Upon placing an order with Cheese Club, you authorize Cheese Club to process a charge on your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order, including shipping costs (if applicable). You also expressly authorize us to use the information provided to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, when required, transmit or receive information about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may or may not keep a record of such information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to further understand how we use your information. 


All prices listed on the Cheese Club form are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Excluding blatant cases or error, Cheese Club will honour the prices set during the time your pre-order is acknowledged; however, we reserve the right to rectify any errors at our discretion.

Upon discovering a pricing issue with your order, Cheese Club will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you as such.

In order to place orders with Cheese Club, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

  1. Provide personal details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate;
  2. Be in possession of a credit card, PayPal account, valid bank account in a licensed bank acceptable to Cheese Club for payment via FPS or regular transfer.


We are always looking to provide you with the best fresh products. However, their availability may be affected by seasonality or external events.

If a product is not available after your order validation, we will credit / refund the corresponding amount of the product or suggest an adequate replacement.


Once you have placed your order and after proceeding to the payment by Credit Card or PayPal transfer, you will receive your Cheese Club invoice by email.

A shipping charge of 70 HKD will be invoiced separately for all orders below 700 HKD.

Any order which has not been paid will not be delivered until payment has been received.


After your purchase on our website, Cheese Club will arrange your delivery at the delivery date selected for your order. Your order is considered delivered unless we receive a notification from you of missed delivery within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Cheese Club shall not be responsible for any issue resulting from such miscommunication and therefore shall not be liable for any compensation.     

We believe that fresh produce is best not left out on the doorstep, which is why we request that you, or any other authorized person, personally collect the order upon delivery. 

Our team will make every effort to deliver at your preferred time slot. However, please understand that we cannot fully guarantee that timeslots will always be complied with, as deliveries are handled by third parties’ logistic companies, that might be affected by weather or traffic conditions. Please notify us as soon as possible if your delivery was missed, so we can arrange a new delivery on the location and date you require – without extra charge.

Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order. In the event of second (or subsequent) delivery arrangement, we cannot guarantee the freshness of our products. Therefore, Cheese Club is unable to replace the order if you are not satisfied with it.

Deliveries will be postponed until further notice when the Red Rainstorm Signal, Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted. 


Kindly notice that if you are living in a walk-up building, you must pick-up your parcel downstairs. You can otherwise request the delivery up the stairs and Cheese Club will send you a separate invoice for that service.


Some specific areas are not covered by the logistic companies we work with, for example Lamma, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and South Lantau or some other remote areas in the New Territories. If your address in in an area that is not covered, we will contact you to propose alternative solutions: delivery to another address or organize a special delivery.

In the case of a special delivery, the extra cost incurred will be charged to you at cost.

We pride ourselves in providing products of high quality to our customers. However, should you find any defect in any product from your order, please contact us at cs@cheeseclub.hk within 7 days after you receive your order. Please attach photos of the defected product(s).

Our representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible to offer you a replacement, a credit for your next order or a refund.


In case you wish to amend your order (change in delivery address, add or cancel items…), please contact us by email as soon as possible to cs@cheeseclub.hk.

Please note that Cheese Club reserves the right to refuse any changes or cancelations after our countdown is over for a given month.  Indeed, after that time, all the products you ordered would have already been purchased by Cheese Club.


All the information that you provide us with will remain private and will be used to provide you with a great customer service. We commit not to share them with anyone else or sell them to another company.
