Really good, a relatively lighter/fresher take on babaganoush. You can see some chickpea bits in there. Only a touch of smokiness. OK value, it goes quick!

This is one of the better babaganoush that I have tried – the smokiness is nice without overpowering the flavour of the aubergines, and the overall texture is good: not too dry, not too moist.
