Born in 1920, Mauri Dairy has been producing emblematic Lombard cheeses with the same century-old tradition and ancestral methods to offer the best quality cheese today.
Following the traditional methods of production, this Italian goat cheese has been aged for about 7 months. This process gives it a very particular, intense, decisive but at the same time delicate and sweet taste of goat milk, with a thousand flavours.
Excellent to be eaten with good bread and a glass of red wine.
Store it in the fridge for up to its best-by date.
Wine Pairing:
Rose wines (Coteaux Varois), White wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Cotes du Roussillon, Sancerre)

Nicolas Guyon –
It’s good for those who prefer a gentler goat cheese, but it didn’t stand out for me
Paul C –
Not a big fan of this – it’s sort of tallegio-lite. Neither one thing nore the other.
