This Syrah offers an exquisite aromatic bouquet of chocolate, tobacco, and ripe raspberry, complemented by hints of sweet spices like pepper and liquorice. On the palate, it is well-rounded and compact, with a moderate persistence that invites another sip.
A versatile red that pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, herb-crusted lamb, or a selection of mature hard cheeses. Its structure also allows it to complement mushroom-based dishes or a rich daube.
Serving: Serve at 16-18°C. Decanting for 30 minutes before serving is recommended to allow its aromas to fully open.
