Champagne Premier Cru AOC, Blanc de Blancs, Domaine Frerejean Frères

Guillaume, Richard, and Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, local residents with deep roots in champagne-making, split their time between Paris and Champagne. They come from a lineage of cannon manufacturers who supplied the French army during the Napoleonic wars. Starting in 2005, they began producing champagne, focusing on a blend of tradition and innovation. Today, their champagne is available worldwide, but they maintain a small-scale approach.

Nose of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, fresh citrus notes evolve beautipiecey with floral and toasted aromas of chardonnay A chalky both light and intense minerality gives a fresh and persistant finish.

It pairs beautipiecey with Comté and cheddar cheeses.
