Today, the brand remains true to Mattei’s vision, offering a range of distinctive, high-quality spirits made with local ingredients.
On the nose, this rouge vermouth reveals an elegant blend of floral aromas and ripe figs, enriched by subtle hints of brandied fruit. The palate unfolds with warm roasted and floral notes, complemented by luscious touches of candied fruit. The finish is long and satisfying, marked by a delicate quinine bitterness that lingers pleasantly.
