This innovative idea gave birth to Cap Corse Mattei and laid the foundation for the distillery itself. Today, the brand continues to honour Mattei’s vision by offering a range of distinctive, high-quality spirits crafted with local ingredients.
Launched with a fresh and floral aroma, the first sip reveals a smooth and delicate profile. The flavour opens with a bright, refreshing citrus note that gradually gives way to the characteristic gentle bitterness of quinquina on the finish.
