Renowned for their artisanal winemaking and dedication to local grape varieties, Domaine Badoz has been shaping the identity of Jura wines since 1659 in Poligny, crafting cuvées that reflect both heritage and terroir from light reds to complex whites and the region’s famous yellow wines.
Among their expressions, the Arbois AOC Pinot Noir stands out for its versatility: made from esteemed Pinot Noir grapes and aged in stainless steel tanks, it transitions effortlessly from aperitif to cheese pairing. Its beautiful ruby hue and fine, seductive nose of red fruits introduce a round, gently structured profile that remains delightfully fruity and easy to enjoy.
Serve at cellar temperature, around 16 °C, to appreciate its full character.
