These Yellow Nectarines are grown in the orchards of southwestern France by Mouneyrac, a family-run producer that has been cultivating apples, pears and stone fruit for four generations. Their smooth, glossy skin and firm, juicy flesh give them a bold, refreshing flavour that balances natural sweetness with a lively, slightly tangy acidity. Compared with white nectarines, they have a more pronounced stone-fruit character, with bright notes of peach, citrus and a clean, nectar-like finish.
Enjoy them fresh as a snack, sliced into fruit salads, or paired with yogurt, granola or soft cheeses. They also work beautifully in desserts, tarts, smoothies, or lightly grilled with a touch of honey and mint
