This finely sliced coppa is made from the richly marbled neck muscle, seasoned with a balanced blend of sea salt, pepper, and spices, then slowly air-dried. The result is a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a deep, complex flavour that is both sweet and subtly spicy.

Perfect for elevating a charcuterie or cheese board. It pairs excellently with sweet accompaniments like honey or ripe pear, and a glass of full-bodied red wine such as a Chianti or a Corsican red. It also makes a superb addition to gourmet sandwiches and salads.
