Made from pasteurised cow’s milk, Kabernus Blue exhibits a white paste interspersed with greenish-blue cavities. It emits a slightly lactic aroma with characteristic mouldy notes. The flavour is intense, salty, and piquant, becoming more pronounced with extended maturation. Its smooth texture is punctuated by numerous veins and hollows, evenly distributed throughout the cheese.

This is exactly what it says on the tin: smooth tangy blue cheese in spreadable form. The flavour works well for me, without the slightly metallic edge that some blues have. I can see myself getting this in again.
