This wine has been produced for centuries, with the 2019 vintage capturing the ripe, aromatic essence of the Muscat à Petits Grains grape under the Provençal sun.
This luscious fortified wine offers an intensely aromatic bouquet bursting with notes of orange blossom, ripe peach, and exotic citrus. On the palate, it is rich and unctuous with a perfect balance of sweetness and vibrant acidity, leading to a clean, persistent finish.
A classic pairing with foie gras or blue cheeses like Roquefort. It is also sublime with fruit-based desserts, especially those featuring peach or apricot, or simply enjoyed chilled as a decadent aperitif.
Serving: Serve well chilled, between 8–10°C. Once opened, it can be enjoyed over several weeks due to its fortification.
