It is crafted through the maceration of fresh needles and buds from fir trees, hand-harvested in family-owned forest plots in the Haute-Loire region, embodying the distillery’s commitment to natural, locally-sourced ingredients.
This liqueur is distinguished by the pure, aromatic flavours of the fir treea taste of fresh sap with a natural hint of citrus. Lightly sweetened and made without artificial colours or preservatives, it captures the authentic essence of the forest.
Enjoy it neat as a distinctive digestif or explore its versatility in cocktails. Try the classic Sapi Tonic: in a glass filled with ice, combine 4 cl of Sapinette and 2 cl of lemon juice, then top with tonic water and garnish with a lemon slice.
