A simple way to enjoy this cheese is on a cheese board with cured meats and robust red wine, grated over pasta or salads, or with this easy potato mash recipe:
1. Grate cheese (remove rind first) and bring to room temperature.
2. Boil potato chunks until very tender (20-25 mins), drain well.
3. Mash potatoes with butter and warm garlic cream; season to taste.
4. Stir in grated Tomme until smooth and stretchy. Serve hot!
