Basic Cooking Instructions:
Remove the ribeye from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
Slice in 4-5 cm steaks
Season generously with salt and pepper (and your choice of herbs or spices).
Preheat a grill or skillet to high heat.
Cook the ribeye for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for your preferred doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Serve with your choice of sides or sauces for a complete meal.
