Named after the moon under which its grapes are carefully harvested at night, La Lune is a pale salmon-coloured dry rosé bursting with fresh floral and strawberry notes. The night-time harvest preserves the grapes’ delicate aromas by avoiding the daytime heat. Produced by the Domaine Saint Jean estate in Provence, this wine beautifully expresses the mineral-rich terroir of the Maures valley. Perfectly chilled as an apéritif or paired with light Provençal dishes such as Ratatouille, fresh seafood like mussels, or a salad with fresh herbs and creamy goat cheese, La Lune invites you to savour the enchanting magic of a moonlit harvest in every glass.
