Sausage, Chipolatas – Maison Mayté (x5, Chilled)

Versatile and tasty, they can be grilled on the BBQ or cooked gently in a hearty stew. 

Basic Cooking Instructions:

1. Remove sausages from the fridge and bring to room temperature before cooking.
2. For grilling: Preheat the BBQ to medium heat and cook sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.
3. For stewing: Brown sausages gently in a pan, then add to your stew and simmer for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
4. Let sausages rest a few minutes before serving to retain juiciness.
