Basic cooking instructions:

1. Remove the sausage from the fridge 15–20 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat a pan over medium heat or prepare a grill.
3. Cook the sausage for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even browning.
4. Alternatively, roast in the oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
5. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
6. Let rest briefly before serving.
