Pouring a pale golden color with brilliant highlights and tiny, dancing bubbles, it reveals an understated nose of crisp yellow pear, lemon zest, wet stone, and toasted almonds.
On the palate, its minimal dosage allows the pure terroir to shine through with a striking, razor-sharp precision and vibrant acidity. The texture is surprisingly broad yet incredibly lean, blending structured orchard fruit flavors with a saline, slate-like minerality that drives a long, bone-dry, and intensely refreshing finish.
An outstanding match for raw bar selections, Japanese sashimi, or refined seafood starters, it pairs exceptionally well with fresh sea urchin, tuna carpaccio, or pan-seared langoustines. On a cheese board, its chalky crispness cuts brilliantly through rich choices like Camembert di Bufala, aged Parmigiano Reggiano, or triple-cream Truffle cheese.
