Avocado, Bacon from Spain (Organic)

• Slice it onto toast with lemon, chilli flakes, and sea salt.

Keep unripe avocados at room temperature until they yield gently to light pressure. Once ripe, refrigerate them to slow further ripening and enjoy within a few days, cut avocado should be kept with its stone and a little lemon juice to limit browning.
