Nicolas Guyon –
Not quite what I hoped for. The presentation is lovely, and it has a sweet, fruity bouquet. However, the taste didn’t stand out as much as I expected
Lucia Leung –
soooo soft and interesting to serve your guests.

This cheese was practically melting when I took it out of the fridge. A fun one to serve to guests as the colour is special. Great with wafer thin crackers, and quince paste.
Brian Lock (verified owner) –
Found the texture a bit too soft and melty. Nice with sparkling whites

Interesting and complex taste with a slight bitter after taste.. Goes very well with a little bit of honey on crackers..
