This is a nice paté, despite the fact that the peppers are perhaps a little less present than I had hoped. I also feel that “smooth and creamy” isn’t a very accurate description of the texture – it’s a bit more coarse and rustic than that. But this is good – I prefer my patés that way. This will be a repeat buy for me.
