On the palate, the wine shows impressive structure, generous volume, and a rich, rounded texture. To further elevate and enrich this already complete grape variety, Domaine Plou & Fils employ integral vinification: the freshly pressed juice is placed directly into new barrels, where both fermentation and aging take place, adding depth and complexity.
