Ninon Briane founded an artisanal cidery at the heart of Terrasses du Larzac in 2022. Having transitioned from the wine industry, she planted age-old, rustic apple tree varieties from Aveyron and Normandy in this renowned gravelly terrain.
Each sip of La Ciderée reveals a refreshing, slightly tart flavour and a clean, sharp apple taste. Its restrained sweetness and subtle acidity appeal to those seeking a mature, less sugary cider. The dryness lets the authentic apple essence shine, delivering a refined, balanced experience.
Perfect as an aperitif, with white meats, Camembert, Pont l’Evêque, Brie or apple desserts.
