Ninon Briane established an artisanal cidery at the heart of Terrasses du Larzac in 2022. Having transitioned from the wine industry, she planted age-old, rustic apple tree varieties from Aveyron and Normandy in this renowned gravelly terrain.
With each sip of La Ciderée, you’ll encounter a refreshing, slightly tart flavour and a clean, sharp apple taste. Its restrained sweetness and subtle acidity appeal to those seeking a more mature, less sugary cider. The dryness lets the authentic apple essence take center stage, offering a refined and balanced drinking experience.
Serve as an aperitif, with white meats, with cheese (Camembert, Pont l’Evêque, Brie…) or with apple desserts.
