Blend of goat and ewe’s milk cheese, Adarre is a creamy pasteurised cheese made between Spain and France and got his name in honor of the mountain that line between these two countries. Aged for a minimum of 7 months, the cheese develops some rustic notes of roasted walnut and a caramelly taste with some subtle flavours of stone fruits. Pair with a white Rioja, nutty and sweet, that will warm your heart!
