There are 51 different Grand Cru in Alsace area, all geographically determined by a combination of elevation, gradient, soil and more, that create unique micro-climate for one grape variety.
Fine, precise nose with a touch of bacon and ripe quince, it’s an intense and juicy wine. There is a round, fullbodied white wine with stimulating salty finish. A very elevated Pinot Gris, and a unique pairing experience, associated with a foie gras and even little spicy Asian or Indian flavours.
