Originated from a natural cross that appeared in 2007, this apple variety has been grown in France for a few years. Also known under the name ‘’Choupette’’, the Dalinette apple is a late variety, it should be consumed preferably from January to April.
Very crisp with a rustic aspect, the taste of Dalinette apple is perfectly balanced. Sweet and tangy, it reveals a subtle and full-bodied perfume. Still little known, this apple has a lot of character and is worth discovering.
